At The Surreal Store, we are committed to delivering your order safely and clearly communicating our shipping, return, and exchange procedures. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently ship orders across India.
📅 Processing & Delivery Time
After your order is placed, it is usually processed and dispatched within 5–8 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days, depending on your location.
Estimated total delivery timeline:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as logistics delays, weather conditions, courier service issues, or public holidays.

2. READY-TO-WEAR PRODUCTS
Certain ready-to-wear sarees are crafted on order and cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing, customization, or hygiene considerations.
Ready-to-wear products will have this condition clearly indicated on the product page. -
3. PARTIAL CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Partial COD for your convenience.
How Partial COD Works:
A small advance payment is made online at checkout.
The remaining balance is paid in cash when the product is delivered.
Important COD Terms:
If the delivery is refused or undelivered due to customer unavailability, the advance amount is non-refundable and will be retained to offset return and logistics charges.
Upon acceptance of delivery, the paid advance will be adjusted against the final COD amount. -
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
🛠 Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange only if:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
You contact us within 7 days of delivery
To request a return/exchange, please contact our support team with:
Your Order ID
Photos/videos clearly showing the defect, damage, or error
Items must be returned in original condition:
Unworn and unwashed
With original tags and packaging intact
Free from customer-caused damage or misuse

Note: Returns for color differences due to display settings, natural product variations, or aesthetic preference are not eligible.
5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To start a return/exchange -

Mention your Order ID and issue details
Attach clear photos/videos (if applicable)
Once your request is received, we will review and reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.
6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is due to an incorrect or defective product, we will cover the return shipping charges.
For all other approved returns (excluding readiness or preference issues), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed. -
7. REFUNDS & EXCHANGE PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of approval or rejection within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges will be shipped out once the returned item is received and approved.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
8. LOST, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order is:
Lost in transit
Delivered damaged
Incorrect item delivered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos (if applicable). We will assist you as per our return/exchange process. -

Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
