RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At The Surreal Store, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. RETURN WINDOW
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests raised after the return window will not be accepted.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
A Return or Refund may be approved under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences are not considered defects.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND
To initiate a return or refund request: if it's not too much trouble, reach out to our client care group at

Mention your Order ID
Clearly describe the issue
Attach clear images or a short video (if applicable)
Our support team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.
4. REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
You will be notified about approval or rejection
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.
5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, depending on the situation. Required details will be requested after approval.
6. RETURN SHIPPING
If the return is approved due to a defect or incorrect item, return shipping will be arranged by us
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
Refunds for approved cancellations are processed as per standard timelines
8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
Products used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Items returned without original tags or packaging
Orders cancelled after dispatch
Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (if mentioned)
9. FAIR USAGE
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of repeated misuse or violation of this policy.
The item should be returned in its original state for the exchange or return to be processed.
